Most of Mei's work is high fired (Cone 10). Surface designs are influenced by nature, architecture, batik, and pop culture.

Mei's ceramic jewelry and accessories are typically made of hand painted underglazed porcelain. Nerikomi experiments are underway with a focus on geometric patterns!
